Bubblebubs prefer to use Australian Air Express as they offer full tracking on their parcels, alternatively you are given the option of E-go or Australia Post at checkout as well. If you wish to have your parcel insured or tracked please make sure you choose Australian Air Express at checkout. If you choose this option your order will be insured to the value of $50, if you do not choose AAE Bubblebubs will not be responsible for lost parcels although we will do everything in our power to help locate your parcel.Please note that we try to ship daily and always ship on Tuesdays and Thursdays, however sometimes it is not possible for us to ship on other days so your order may not go until our next shipping day. If you are purchasing foamy wipes wash concentrate or a premade solution you order may be delayed by up to 10 working days as this product is made to order.
For international postage a quote can be given before an order is confirmed.
Returns
Credits are available for unwashed and unworn items only (excluding postage costs to and from the buyer). If your nappy is faulty we will repair, replace or refund it for you at our discretion. Please fill in the returns form before returning your nappy
