Shipping
Bubblebubs use Fastway Couriers or Australia Post. If you wish to have your parcel insured or tracked please make sure you choose registered post at checkout. If you choose registered post your order will be insured to the value of $100, if you do not choose registered post Bubblebubs will not be responsible for lost parcels although we will do everything in our power to help locate your parcel.Please note that we try to ship daily and always ship on Tuesdays and Fridays, however sometimes it is not possible for us to ship on other days so your order may not go until our next shipping day. If you are purchasing foamy wipes wash concentrate or a premade solution you order may be delayed by up to 5 working days as this product is made to order. For all parcels within Australia we have a capped shipping of $12.95 and free shipping on all orders over $150
For international postage a quote can be given before an order is confirmed.
Returns
Credits are available for unwashed and unworn items only (excluding postage costs to and from the buyer). I take care with my sewing so please if there are ever any problems with your Bubblebub products please let me know. Please fill in the returns form before returning your nappy
