Shipping & Delivery
We offer flat rate shipping within Australia and ship your order with Couriers Please or Fastway where available. If you live in an area that Couriers Please does not service then we will send via Australia Post. At checkout you will be asked whether or not to leave your parcel with a signature or not so if you don't think you will be home to accept the delivery it's best to select yes.
We aim to ship your order within 1-2 business days of receiving your payment, when we ship your order we will send you an email that contains your tracking number. We are located in Brisbane, delivery time is usually within 1-3 business days for the east coast, 3-5 days for country areas and SA and up to 7 working days for Tasmania and WA. 5 days after your order has shipped we will send you an email to confirm that your order has arrived safely and everything is in your order. If it hasn't arrived by this time please feel free to email us and let us know so we can chase it up for you. We are human and we do make mistakes so if there is a mistake with your order please let us know so we can fix it ASAP.

Returns, Cancellations, Warranty & Replacements
- We manufacture our products to the highest standard, if in the unlikely event you have a problem with your nappies please contact us as soon as you note the fault and we will repair or replace your products at our discression. Our standard warranty is 6mths from purchase date or the birth of your child whichever is the later as we understand sometimes you buy nappies well in advance.
- If you change you mind that's ok! If we haven't shipped your order we will cancel it and refund you straight away, if we have already shipped your order we will try to intercept it before delivery and have it returned to us. If this is not possible, when it does arrive simply refuse delivery (if sent with Couriers Please) or return to sender (if sent with Australia Post). You are free to return goods within 60 days of purchase but they must be in an unwashed and unused condition. When the goods are returned we will process your refund minus shipping within 5 business days. If your item qualified for free shipping at checkout, for change of mind returns we will deduct $9.95 to cover the original shipping cost. Outside of this time frame we reserve the right to refuse your return and/or offer store credit instead of refund.

Print out the email and package up the goods to be returned.
Ship the goods back to the address provided to you
Send us a quick email to let us know the parcel has been sent so we can keep an eye out for it.
When the parcel arrives we will send you an email to let you know and process your refund or store credit, minus shipping, within 5 business days
Please note, goods must be returned in saleable condition that means unworn, unwashed and free from odour (ie cigarette smoke) and pet hair. Return shipping is your responsibility however if you paid with paypal they do offer a free returns see here for more information. If the goods returned are not deemed to be in a saleable condition, they will be returned back to you.
- All of our instock products are right here on our website, from time to time we do offer pre-orders for products that are already on their way to us. If you purchase any items that are on pre-order we will hold your whole order until everything arrives. To place an online order:
Click on the item you would like, in the qty box enter the number of items you would like to purchase, select any options (ie size/colour etc) that may be applicable and click add to cart.
After you have added everything you want to order to your cart, click on the shopping cart button on the top right hand side of the page this will take you to the shopping cart page
Make any adjustments needed and then press the checkout button.
Fill in your delivery and payment information and then press the place order button.

Payment, Pricing & Promotions
- Payment is required at the time of checkout or in the case of direct deposit within 2 days of order. We reserve the right to cancel orders that have not been paid within 2 days without giving any further notice. We accept Credit Card, Paypal, Direct Deposit and interest free through ZipPay or Afterpay

We offer very flexible layby terms, to establish a layby simply add the products you want to the shopping cart and once uur minimum layby value of $80 is reached you will be able to select layby as a payment option. Our layby terms are as follows
Maximum layby term of 4wks on sale items
Maximum layby term of 8wks on in stock items
Maximum layby term of 8mths on bulk packs
25% deposit is required within 5 days of order being placed.
If layby term is exceeded we will attempt to contact you via email. If we are unsuccessful we will cancel your layby and issue a refund for any monies paid less a 10% processing fee.
If you cancel your layby we will refund any monies paid less a 10% processing fee.
